Every gallon you buy earns one Warmth Point.† Points move you up the tiers, and the tiers are where the real advantage lives. Enrollment is free and takes about ninety seconds at the counter.

Every September, the Saturday before the rodeo, we shut the yard at noon and cook for our members in the back lot. Brisket, sausage, beans, and M.F. on a microphone he does not need. Silver Saddle and above may bring a guest. It has rained on it twice in twenty-one years and both times we did it anyway.
Sign up at the counter on Grissom Avenue, or ask your driver on the next fill. There is no card to carry unless you want one, and you should want one.
Find the yard† Warmth Points accrue on delivered gallons only. Points do not accrue on the first delivery under an introductory rate, on prepaid or locked-in gallons, on budget-billed gallons prior to August reconciliation, or on cylinder exchange. Points expire 12 months after the calendar year in which they are earned unless the account is active, and tier status is recalculated every January 1 from the preceding 12 months only.
‡ "Priority scheduling" means priority relative to non-members. During a countywide cold event all deliveries are scheduled by dispatch in the order that gets the truck home.
§ Waived dry-run fees are limited to two per year and do not apply to blocked fill points, locked gates, or dogs.
¶ Grill redemption is subject to showroom availability and has been redeemed once, in 2011, by a man from Garden City who is still talked about here.
Thatherton Fuels may modify tiers, thresholds, benefits and the point value of a gallon at any time. Members are notified by a sign in the office.
