† Sales positions are commission-only during the training period. The training period ends at the sole discretion of management and has ranged from two weeks to fourteen months.
‡ Showroom associates are subject to a written appearance and dress standard. The standard is available on request and has been revised twice following review by counsel.
§ The 90-day waiting period restarts on any change in position, including promotion.
